Aspherical program

The aspherical program is the most innovative program of laser sight correction.

The change of the focal power of the eye in any kind of laser correction is fulfilled at the expense of “regrinding” of the cornea. The process naturally changes the surface relief of the latter.

Investigation of the front surface of the cornea on the diagnostic platform ZYOPTIX 100 enables to study the relief of the surface of the cornea.

The program of aspherical correction, created on the basis of the data, obtained at this investigation, not only eliminates imperfectness of the refracting power of the eye (myopia, hyperopia, astigmatism), but also recreates a special relief of its surface, which enables to focus most neatly the rays from the surface of the whole grinded cornea.
